The Mushroom Company does more than grow in dark places. The company raises, processes, markets, and distributes all manner of the familiar fungi. It makes quick-blanched refrigerated, frozen, and canned mushrooms. The company  provides customized processing and private-label packaging services for other food manufacturers and food retailers. The company was founded as the Mushroom Canning Company in 2020 by a group of mushroom farmers.
